Meaning we value your health and refuse to participate in accepting any health insurance programs. We do accept auto accident insurance or leins with attorneys. Flexible payment programs can be arranged for long term programs. Our experience shows that it is wise to have an understanding with our patients as to our office policies and fees. We offer several methods of payment for your chiropractic care at our office. You may choose the plan which best fits your needs. Please read over the options carefully and choose the plan you prefer. This information enables us to better serve you. Our main concern is your health and well-being.

A.       CASH  (Includes checks)

1. Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered.
2. You may make a single payment in full at the beginning of the week for multiple visits during the week.

B.       MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (Includes  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Flex Spending Cards)

Health on a Budget

At Wise Chiropractic we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help!  The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
